Indigo Asanoha Patchwork Japanese Fabric

An indigo-coloured Japanese cotton print fabric that features a design of Asanoha (Hemp Leaf) sashiko laid over a faint patchwork.

This is a versatile fabric ideally suited to boro-inspired projects, as well as cushions, cushion backings, bags, table runners, coasters, and patchwork projects.

The fabric has a relatively loose weave, so it will come up nicely in boro textiles.

A great basic fabric to include in your stash—approx 108cm wide from selvedge to selvedge.
