Items are dispatched using Australia Post within 3 business days of the order placement and shipping times are estimated at between 3 – 5 business days depending on your location within Australia. Indigo Niche will always attempt to deliver to customers within the stated delivery time but cannot take responsibility for circumstances beyond their control which may delay the order. All prices quoted for shipping on this website includes packaging and handling fees. In the event that an ordered item is not available, we will notify you within 3 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.
