Return and Refunds
Indigo Niche does not accept responsibility for a product once it has left our premises. We have chosen a delivery service with great care and while every measure is taken to ensure your order is received in the superb condition if left our premises, once the order has left, it is beyond our control and therefore not our responsibility. However if a product arrives damaged or a product is faulty, we will evaluate the circumstances for replacement based on a case by case basis. Goods must however, be returned to us at the purchasers expense unless otherwise agreed upon by us.
We reserve the right not to exchange or refund if you change your mind.
